New home sales in Ontario continued to ease in June. That was especially apparent in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), according to Altus Group and the Building Industry and Land Development Association.
A total of 1,694 new homes were sold in the GTA in June, representing an annual decline of 56%, and hovering 52% below the 10-year average for that month.
